It is organized to help plan and implement an ongoing cycle of evangelism in the church. This cycle is understood to include the work of sowing as well as twice-yearly reaping events, and the considered discipleship of new members. In short, this group is called to flesh-out the ideal for the church of a living, vibrant, lay-led culture of evangelism where every member has a sense of ownership of the mission of the church and for the proclamation of our unique and wonderful message.
